30 Day Money back Guarantee

All standard web hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason MyNewHost does not fulfill the contract (including SLA, TOS, AUP), you will receive a full refund (minus additional labor fees, overages, and support fees). Cancellation must occur within 30 days of account activation. Refunds are only valid upon receiving a signed copy of the contract. Failure to provide the contract voids all money back guarantees. MyNewHost does not provide refunds based on company, personal finance problems or customer's failure to read the SLA, TOS, and/or AUP Policies.

Not included are:
  • SSL Certificates
  • Domain Registration
  • Any additional billable services done to accounts or servers.
  • No refunds are available after 30 days of account activation.
  • Accounts cancelled/terminated by MyNewHost for violating our AUP or TOS do not qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee.

100% Network Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 100% network and power uptime. This means that the network will be up and running and the power will be on at the datacenter 100% of the time. In the unusual circumstance that we don't meet 100% network and power uptime in a month, let us know. We will gladly issue a 100% refund as described in our SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Our SLA does not cover Service Downtime caused by problems in the following:
  • Client's local area network.
  • Client-provided Internet connectivity or end-user software.
  • Entities inside Client's internal network including, but not limited to, firewall configuration and bandwidth shaping, local area workstations, or other servers, equipment, and software that have a potential bearing on the local networking environment.
  • Any predetermined Scheduled Service Downtime.
  • Any problems beyond the immediate MyNewHost network segment.

Revisions To This Policy

MyNewHost reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify all policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with our TOS.
